Technical Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and technical integration for the P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft program.
• Resolve technical issues through coordination with engineering teams and the Chief Engineer.
• Manage deliverables by defining risk mitigation plans and monitoring project performance.
• Brief customers and leadership on program status, technical risks, and challenges.
• Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for research, development, and new business requirements.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with U.S. export laws and policies.
• Apply critical thinking and project management skills to execute team plans and influence without authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Level 4: 9+ years of related experience.
• Level 5: 14+ years of related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret clearance required post-start).
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• 5+ years of experience working on aircraft modification or new airplane programs.
• Experience with the P-8A aircraft.
• Proven experience leading or managing projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and technical communication skills.
• Experience presenting technical content to executive and customer leadership.
