About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a key link between commercial and operational teams to ensure project fluidity
- Translate commercial project requirements into clear instructions for operational teams
- Review, build, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure ERP data integrity
- Coordinate activities between sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and service teams
- Support production implementation, including routing, work instructions, and tooling
- Manage technical changes (ECO/ECN) and ensure effective implementation in operations
- Map key operational processes to identify and resolve friction points
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, quality, and costs
- Develop and monitor performance indicators and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Operations Engineering (or equivalent technical DEC with significant experience)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with BOM, NPI, or technical transfer processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS, SAP, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Fluency in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
