About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key link between commercial and operational teams to ensure project fluidity
  • Translate commercial project requirements into clear instructions for operational teams
  • Review, build, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure ERP data integrity
  • Coordinate activities between sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and service teams
  • Support production implementation, including routing, work instructions, and tooling
  • Manage technical changes (ECO/ECN) and ensure effective implementation in operations
  • Map key operational processes to identify and resolve friction points
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, quality, and costs
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators and dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Operations Engineering (or equivalent technical DEC with significant experience)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience with BOM, NPI, or technical transfer processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Fluency in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean / Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
