About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a key link between commercial and operational teams to ensure project consistency and quality
- Translate commercial project requirements into structured instructions for operational teams
- Review, build, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and ensure ERP data integrity
- Coordinate activities across supply chain, manufacturing, methods, and service departments
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by facilitating production routing, work instructions, and tooling
- Manage technical changes (ECO/ECN) and ensure effective implementation in operations
- Map key operational processes to identify friction points and optimize performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize lead times, quality, and costs
- Develop and monitor performance indicators and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with BOM, NPI, or technical transfer processes
- Expertise in continuous improvement and process mapping
- Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Bilingualism in French and English (functional English required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Experience with mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
