Technical Integration and Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between commercial and operational teams to ensure project consistency and quality
• Translate commercial project requirements into structured instructions for operational teams
• Review, build, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and ensure ERP data integrity
• Coordinate activities across supply chain, manufacturing, methods, and service departments
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by facilitating production routing, work instructions, and tooling
• Manage technical changes (ECO/ECN) and ensure effective implementation in operations
• Map key operational processes to identify friction points and optimize performance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize lead times, quality, and costs
• Develop and monitor performance indicators and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with BOM, NPI, or technical transfer processes
• Expertise in continuous improvement and process mapping
• Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, or equivalent)
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office suite
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Bilingualism in French and English (functional English required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean / Six Sigma certification
• Experience with mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
