Technical Instructor – Thermal

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact service training programs through multiple modes, including instructor-led workshops, virtual sessions, and technical solution lab exercises.
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs for field service associates, customers, and service partners.
• Develop and update training materials covering the thermal management portfolio, including theoretical content, multimedia tools, and practical exercises.
• Collaborate with the Global Academy Team to align training structures, learning objectives, and content with global standards.
• Design exercises and write literature to enhance lectures and improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain training areas and demo units to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
• Support local trainers in the ANZ region with training area setup and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical installation, commissioning, or field service within data center, industrial, or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of thermal management principles and electrical/electronic controls.
• Proven experience with adult learning theory and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically in presentation and facilitation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
