Technical Instructor – Power

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact service training programs through instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, and technical solution lab exercises.
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs for UPS, power, and monitoring systems.
• Develop and update training materials, including theoretical content, multimedia tools, practical exercises, and teaching notes.
• Collaborate with the Global Academy Team to align training structure, learning objectives, and content with regional needs.
• Maintain training areas and demo units to ensure an effective learning environment for students.
• Communicate product updates from the Global Academy Team to the Asia Service Organization.

Requirements

• Electrical or electronic technical degree or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical installation, commissioning, or field service.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, including switchgear, busway/busbar, UPS, and Energy Storage infrastructure.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
