Technical Instructor, High Density Enablement

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct interactive training sessions on high-density cooling systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on high-density cooling portfolios, such as coolant distribution units, heat exchangers, and secondary fluid networks.
• Create comprehensive training documentation, instructional guides, multimedia presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to align training content with product updates and customer needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and knowledge assessments to drive continuous improvement.
• Integrate AR/VR technologies to create immersive training modules for complex cooling systems.
• Ensure all programs emphasize safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in Thermal Systems (HVAC).
• 2+ years of experience in learning experience design, including design strategies and course development.
• 2+ years of experience in technical training, preferably within the cooling or HVAC industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience in instructional design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AR/VR technologies for technical training.
• Ability to travel 10%-20% as required for training delivery and site visits.
