About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct theoretical and practical training for IHK aircraft electronics and mechanics apprentices, as well as EASA CAT-A training in electrical/avionics.
  • Create training materials, demonstration objects, and exercise tools using modern presentation and planning techniques.
  • Manage course documentation and maintain necessary training records.
  • Guide and mentor trainees toward responsible professional conduct and decision-making.
  • Moderate group sessions and implement corrective measures based on group dynamics and behavior.
  • Ensure compliance with vocational training laws, labor, environmental, and health regulations.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician or in a comparable field.
  • Master craftsman (Meister) or technician degree.
  • Extensive professional experience in military or civil aircraft maintenance.
  • AEVO/AdA certification (vocational training instructor qualification).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent German and advanced English language skills.
  • Licensed CS-CAT B2 according to EASA regulations is a significant advantage.
