Technical Instructor (Avionics/Weaponry/Vector)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical instruction to international clients specializing in Rafale or Mirage 2000 fighter jets.
• Analyze technical data to support training requirements.
• Write and validate new training sequences and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with logistics support, design offices, production teams, and equipment manufacturers.
• Deliver training courses in English.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and utilize new digital tools.

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in Aeronautical Maintenance with a specialization in Avionics, Vector, or Weaponry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Mirage 2000 or Rafale aircraft.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is mandatory.
• Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to transmit complex knowledge effectively.
• High level of rigor, organization, and autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
