About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the entire installation process of the DISH POS system from implementation to on-site delivery
- Provide technical consultancy to customers in collaboration with the Sales team to improve management processes
- Deliver technical training to end users on product management and features
- Provide internal training on product characteristics and updates
- Interface with Corporate colleagues regarding development and technical issues related to the POS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in technical consultancy or technological product installation
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems
- Hardware installation skills
- Experience organizing training sessions
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English language skills
- Strong customer orientation, planning, and teamwork abilities
