Technical Installation Trainer (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Provide operational technical support to customers and the sales team regarding the installation of ROCKWOOL products and systems.
• Focus on applications for facades, roofing, HVAC, fire protection, and general building insulation.
• Develop and deliver practical demonstrations and technical training courses for installers, customers, and colleagues.
• Participate in construction "kick-off" meetings to support the sales team and ensure project progress communication.
• Create technical documentation and materials in collaboration with the local technical support team.
• Support the evaluation and resolution of installation-related claims.
• Build mock-ups for events, trade fairs, and product development/certification testing.

Requirements

• Diploma in surveying, building technology, or a related technical field.
• 3-4 years of experience as a thermal insulation installer or a jobsite trainer/demonstrator.
• Specific knowledge of installation methods for facades, roofing, HVAC, fire protection, or building insulation.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 days per week within the Central-Southern Italy region.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Residency in the Rome or Naples areas.
• English language proficiency (B1 level or higher).
