Technical, Industrial and Operations Project Manager

About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute complex technical activities and ensure client satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of communication for clients and suppliers to define project scope
- Identify client needs and analyze technical specifications
- Manage data entry in MSFS or KAES for daily activities
- Plan and prepare work assignments, documentation, and equipment
- Monitor project stages to ensure timely execution and track inspection hours
- Manage monthly contractor billing, approvals, and client submissions
- Follow up on inspection reports, verify, and send them to clients
- Prepare inspection certificates and technical reports in Word and Excel
- Perform technical audits of inspectors as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, metallurgical, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing or team supervision
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CWB Welding Inspector qualification
- PMP or Project Management certification
