About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
- Manage sales processes and close calls effectively
- Process payments through various digital gateways
- Provide technical assistance to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Ability to work in both day and night shifts
