About the Company

praxipal develops AI-powered specialists for the healthcare industry of tomorrow. Our AI receptionist, Luna, already automates patient communication in medical practices. As a market leader in orthodontics with significant funding, we are scaling into other medical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing telephone infrastructure and practice management systems for technical integration
• Set up telephone forwarding, SIP connections, and connections to common practice systems (e.g., Ivoris and charly by solutio)
• Guide medical practices through the entire technical onboarding process from initial analysis to successful activation
• Coordinate multiple parallel projects and prioritize based on urgency and complexity
• Act as the primary technical contact for practice teams, communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders
• Document integration steps, practice configurations, and technical specifics
• Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers and escalate specific requirements
• Identify recurring integration hurdles and suggest improvements for onboarding processes

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Computer Science, IT System Integration, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in integrating software or telephony systems (VoIP/SIP)
• Native-level German language skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel onboardings
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Problem-solving mindset and persistence with complex integrations
