Technical Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for global payments and financial products.
• Translate business requirements and solution proposals into comprehensive project delivery plans and execution strategies.
• Manage overall project lifecycles, including risk management, dependency tracking, and orchestration of workstreams across onboarding, testing, and launch.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Coordinate internal approvals from legal, compliance, risk, and finance to secure timely sign-off on integration approaches.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize solution requirements while balancing roadmap constraints and client timelines.
• Apply disciplined project management practices, including governance, RAID logs, and KPI tracking, to manage multi-region efforts.
• Track and communicate key metrics such as time-to-go-live and launch quality to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery Management or Project Management, specifically managing complex technology or financial services implementations.
• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience in high-paced environments like consulting or enterprise implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead steering meetings and influence decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale partner integrations in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (e.g., card schemes, payment gateways).
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and familiarity with common web and API concepts.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts within a broader account team.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments using pragmatic decision-making.
