About the role

Responsibilities

  • Mount and install switches in the IDF and perform station patching
  • Execute hardware and software upgrades for peripheral equipment
  • Resolve break/fix engagements and technology-related issues for internal and external clients
  • Maintain and submit accurate reports and records for computer hardware and software inventory
  • Perform site maintenance, safety checks, and ensure antivirus and Microsoft patches are up to date
  • Manage trouble tickets and work orders promptly, spending approximately 60% - 70% of time on ticket resolution
  • Make independent decisions to correct errors or discrepancies in trouble tickets
  • Complete all mandatory training and participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience working in a call center environment
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, SCCM, or BigFix
  • Fluency in English
