About the role
Responsibilities
- Mount and install switches in the IDF and perform station patching
- Execute hardware and software upgrades for peripheral equipment
- Resolve break/fix engagements and technology-related issues for internal and external clients
- Maintain and submit accurate reports and records for computer hardware and software inventory
- Perform site maintenance, safety checks, and ensure antivirus and Microsoft patches are up to date
- Manage trouble tickets and work orders promptly, spending approximately 60% - 70% of time on ticket resolution
- Make independent decisions to correct errors or discrepancies in trouble tickets
- Complete all mandatory training and participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience working in a call center environment
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, SCCM, or BigFix
- Fluency in English
