About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues for an international premium automobile manufacturer
  • Support the dealer network with quick solution finding for technical product issues
  • Work closely with workshop and dealership technicians to provide repair instructions via specified communication channels
  • Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers to support solution development for the entire product range

Requirements

  • Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop, or manufacturer
  • Experience with technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive personality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aftersales retail experience
  • Proficiency in additional languages besides English
  • Experience working within a high-performing, collaborative peer group
