About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues for an international premium automobile manufacturer
- Support the dealer network with quick solution finding for technical product issues
- Work closely with workshop and dealership technicians to provide repair instructions via specified communication channels
- Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers to support solution development for the entire product range
Requirements
- Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop, or manufacturer
- Fluency in English and French
- Confidence in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Aftersales retail experience
- Experience working within a high-performing, collaborative peer group
