Technical Group Leader

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily and weekly work of technologists and advanced technicians within the Production Area.
• Oversee the adsorption of CP Antigens, Diphtheria, and Tetanus Toxoids, including detailed calculations and verification of processes.
• Maintain cleanroom environments in strict adherence to cGMP requirements, monitoring cleaning logs, particle counts, and environmental incidents.
• Manage cleanroom validation activities, including the generation and execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the SAP system, performing timely transactions and weekly cycle counts.
• Plan daily work schedules for production staff and coordinate with other departments to ensure antigen requirements are met.
• Review Batch Production Records (BPRs) and SOPs to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyze production batches, trending test results to identify and communicate process deviations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science (Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry).
• Minimum of 4 years of education plus at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and working within cleanroom environments.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience using SAP for inventory management and production transactions.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience for Master's degree holders.
