Responsibilities
- Define business strategies and operational challenges through workshops
- Map existing processes, data, and roles to define target operational states
- Build client roadmaps including priorities, governance, and KPIs
- Design innovative solutions following product standards
- Train key users and support change management
- Participate in innovation monitoring regarding IoT, AI, and Cloud
Requirements
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo Application Suite
- Knowledge of associated technologies (IoT, Cloud, ERP)
- Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EAM/GMAO software integration projects
- Significant experience as a technical architect
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
