Technical Field Advisor

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on steam turbines at customer sites
• Execute service inspections ranging from a few days to several weeks in duration
• Take on increasing responsibility, including leading site work, customer meetings, and report writing
• Ensure high standards of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and quality on-site
• Manage and distribute daily tasks to team members as you progress into leadership roles

Requirements

• Solid background in workshop, assembly, and maintenance work
• Ability to work accurately from technical drawings
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Swedish or EU citizenship and residency in Sweden
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 150–200 days per year)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with turbine assembly or qualified field service work
• Prior leadership experience
• Proficiency in additional languages
