Technical Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of new locations, system modernizations, and large-scale reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate and mentor local technical maintenance teams to align with global operational goals.
• Develop and implement global technical standards, maintenance procedures, and performance KPIs.
• Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Plan and manage the technical infrastructure budget, focusing on cost optimization and energy efficiency.
• Manage third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
• Analyze technical risks, manage incidents, and ensure business continuity across all facilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in technical facility management or infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure across geographically distributed locations.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, power supply systems, BMS, and fire safety.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong people management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Solid understanding of technical safety regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
• Upper-Intermediate level of both Polish and English.
