Technical Expert - Underground Equipment

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical advisor to customers and internal service technicians
• Perform service, repairs, troubleshooting, and commissioning of underground equipment
• Conduct practical training sessions for new employees and customers
• Ensure all work is performed safely through risk analysis and compliance with company regulations
• Maintain proactive customer dialogue throughout the entire work process
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and business operations
• Document all work, including time, materials, and price estimates

Requirements

• Strong technical competence and experience in service and troubleshooting of underground equipment
• Ability to work independently while providing support in complex cases
• A structured, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Experience in technical support, training, or customer-facing environments is a plus
