Responsibilities
- Integrate solutions into the Information System (IS)
- Lead technical projects and manage external providers for hardware and software
- Conduct technical and economic studies related to the scope
- Administer and operate all information system infrastructures
- Act as an expert for complex or critical technical incidents
- Design and apply operation and supervision rules
- Communicate with users regarding their requests
- Write procedures for other technical teams
Requirements
- Advanced technical support for Windows servers and workstations
- Advanced support for Active Directory domains and Microsoft GPOs
- Proficiency in VB script, batch, and PowerShell
- Knowledge of DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, 4D, Oracle)
- Mastery of VMware, Linux, and Centreon supervision tools
- Proficiency in local networks, firewalls, and TCP/IP engineering (VLANs)
- Experience with Alcatel and Meraki equipment
- 10-15 years of professional experience
