Technical Experimentation Planner

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and execute the comprehensive pilot plan and synchronize multi-phase operations
• Act as the primary conduit between operators and developers to translate operational friction into engineering specifications
• Translate high-level operational requirements into field-tested deployment blueprints
• Gather client feature requests and field observations to drive rapid, iterative system enhancements
• Establish, measure, and track customer satisfaction and system performance metrics
• Perform core project management functions including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Develop technical documentation and deliver project briefings and system demonstrations

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting Information Warfare (Space, EW, Cyber, SIGINT, etc.)
• 2+ years experience supporting an Operational or Combatant Command staff
• Ability to travel greater than 25%
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Joint Fires or Space Planning courses (JFEC, JSPC, etc.)
• Deep understanding of the Joint Fires process for Kinetic and Non-Kinetic operations
• Experience supporting Combatant Command exercises and technical experiments
• Familiarity with Cyber Mission Force (CMF) or network administration
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments using Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in Python or SQL
