Technical Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to senior management in day-to-day business operations and decision-making.
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring through technical analysis.
• Coordinate and optimize the allocation of human resources and workforce deployment across projects.
• Research and evaluate equipment requirements, including vendor coordination for plant and machinery acquisitions.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified subcontractors while managing contract negotiations and performance.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and support quality control and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in construction sites and contracting.
• Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Management/Business Administration.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Certifications in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2.
