Technical Executions Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project execution lifecycle from kickoff to handover, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Act as the primary execution authority between KSA Project Managers, clients, and international engineering teams.
• Manage techno-commercial aspects, including reviewing BOQs, identifying variation opportunities, and supporting cost control.
• Oversee design and engineering deliverables, ensuring timely resolution of RFIs and technical queries.
• Serve as the key technical interface for clients and consultants through progress meetings and technical discussions.
• Supervise site execution activities, subcontractors, and commissioning to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop execution plans and provide regular progress reports, highlighting risks and resource requirements to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in project execution and delivery.
• Strong techno-commercial acumen, including experience with costing, variations, and claims.
• Deep technical understanding of ELV, BMS, ICT, and MEP systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across different geographies.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• A hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
