Technical Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all technical aspects of events, including lighting, sound, LED screens, stage setup, and streaming
• Prepare technical riders, cue lists, and detailed show timelines
• Collect, review, and test presentations and media assets before each event
• Conduct sound checks and coordinate technical rehearsals with speakers both on-site and online
• Collaborate with AV vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor live events and resolve technical issues in real time
• Build and maintain structured technical workflows, documentation, and SOPs
• Continuously improve production processes to support scalability and high-quality standards

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical event production or live production
• Experience with conferences, panels, podcasts, live streams, or hybrid formats
• Strong understanding of broadcast and streaming requirements
• Experience coordinating AV and technical vendors
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve live technical issues quickly
• Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

• Experience working within the Dubai market
