Technical Engineer/Architect - Building OCT

Responsibilities

• Lead the supervision and regulatory control of new construction and existing building projects
• Perform structural calculations and reviews for complex structures to mitigate risks
• Conduct technical site visits to verify correct execution and material control
• Issue technical certifications and reports for OCT, watertightness, and installations
• Validate reports necessary for the activation of ten-year insurance policies

Requirements

• Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Technical Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OCT environments or construction companies
• Valid driver's license for site travel
• Analytical mindset and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)
• Experience in Health and Safety Coordination
