Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical submissions for infrastructure project tenders, including roads, utilities, and bridges
• Coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to compile all necessary tender documentation
• Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) plans in strict accordance with RTA and Dubai Municipality guidelines
• Liaise with relevant local authorities to secure necessary approvals and NOCs
• Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within project deadlines
• Provide technical support during both pre-contract and post-contract stages

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure tendering
• At least 3 years of professional experience working within Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures, RTA regulations, and authority approval processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
