Technical Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide quality technical and business service delivery for a select group of clients
• Manage day-to-day project delivery of EvolutionIQ solutions throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Participate in internal and customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations
• Document client business rules, requirements, and processes to ensure proper platform configuration
• Provide weekly status updates and escalate project risks to clients and the delivery team
• Support business and operational development initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account and project management
• Proven track record of delivering solutions while meeting external client deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation with Excel and other analytical tools
• Background working with data as an analyst, consultant, or in a client management capacity
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to balance client needs with budget and capacity
