Technical Enablement Engineer - Veeam

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales consultation, training, and technical education to partners to help them expand their business with Veeam and other emerging IT solutions.
• Proactively demonstrate modern business needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive partner growth.
• Enable partners to become proactive, profitable, and services-driven "trusted advisors" to their end-user clientele.
• Provide strategic advice and thought leadership to key stakeholders to influence investment in growth through Ingram Micro.
• Build and maintain strong reseller and vendor relationships to facilitate transparent collaboration and business planning.
• Educate partners on best-in-class IT solutions to increase technical proficiency and market relevance.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3 years of functional professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of position-specific experience.
• Proven experience in data protection, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• General proficiency with various technical tools, systems, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced technical badges and certifications in "advanced solutions" technology categories.
• SME-level knowledge of vendor products and the ability to create awareness for sales and technical staff.
