About the role

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
  • Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies.
  • Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants.
  • Interpret technical findings and provide development recommendations supporting acquisition decisions.
  • Evaluate geotechnical conditions, environmental constraints, utility capacity, and network connectivity.
  • Identify technical risks that may impact project cost, schedule, or feasibility.
  • Help develop and improve due diligence templates, consultant scopes, and review processes.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, or large-scale industrial projects.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, and utility coordination.
  • Ability to interpret engineering studies and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting hyperscale data center, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical developments.
  • Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar technical certification.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure acquisition or development programs.
  • Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission, and power markets.
