Technical Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Draft installation, use, maintenance, and decommissioning manuals.
• Reorganize and standardize the structure of existing technical documentation.
• Ensure technical clarity and usability for installers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
• Structure manuals using a modular logic consistent with product archetypes and configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers and Coordinators to align technical content and product variants.
• Define and implement tools for the digital management of documentation, supporting the evolution toward interactive or automated digital manuals.
• Integrate residual risks identified during technical analyses (HAZOP and Risk Analysis) into the documentation.
• Define unified company templates and govern technical style, terminology, and layout.
• Coordinate translations and ensure timely updates during product releases.

Requirements

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical documentation, preferably within industrial machinery or plant contexts.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing modular documentation and document standards.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, including CE standards and residual risk management.
• Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to structure complex content clearly.
• Strong ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
