About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and coordination of technical documentation for Environmental and Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects.
- Supervise and mentor Document Leads and documentation personnel to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage deliverable schedules in coordination with Project Managers and perform resource leveling.
- Oversee the preparation of environmental work plans, technical reports, and UFP-QAPPs.
- Ensure all documentation meets CERCLA, RCRA, and client-specific regulatory standards.
- Act as a technical resource for field processes and support proposal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
- 15+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting large DoD or Federal environmental or MMRP projects.
- Proven experience with CERCLA, RCRA, and DoD environmental programs.
- Extensive experience developing work plans, technical reports, and UFP-QAPPs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with USACE, AFCEC, AEC, or NAVFAC.
- Experience with PFAS investigations and MMRP.
- Professional certifications such as PE, PG, CHMM, or ASQ.
