Technical Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technical documents to ensure they are accurate, current, and systematically filed.
• Implement and maintain document control processes to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
• Distribute documents to relevant parties and track receipt acknowledgment and documentation changes.
• Manage document review processes, including timely approval and archiving of all technical documentation.
• Provide support and training to staff on document control processes and management systems.
• Conduct audits to ensure documents are managed in accordance with established procedures and policies.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of project documentation and reports to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in document control, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
• Proficiency with document management software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to technical documentation.
