Technical Director

Responsibilities

• Create and update the Electronic Warfare Directorate’s technical strategy and roadmap
• Lead technical volumes of proposals to ensure responsiveness and clear discriminators
• Support Business Development and Capture activities by aligning contract pursuits with sector strategy
• Deliver compelling technical briefings and solution presentations to senior government leaders and mission operators
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the sector at the forefront of innovation
• Manage technology budgets, allocating resources efficiently for experimentation and advanced development
• Foster cross-business unit collaboration to drive partnerships and accelerate advancements

Requirements

• Minimum of 20+ years of direct related experience
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Experience in cyber, Electronic Warfare (EW), or intelligence domains
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
• Deep understanding of unmanned systems, tactical communications, and complex kill chain development
• Experience managing groups of operators and engineers within rapid prototyping or fielding environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of SIGINT, Digital Signals Processing (DSP), Radio Frequency (RF), and Space Systems Engineering
• Experience in operational or military environments
• Exposure to SAP portfolios and associations with DARPA, service labs, or program offices
