Bachelor’s Degree, Proficient knowledge of TV Production equipment, Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
About the role
Responsibilities
- Cut the show call from the Director to create compelling content
- Perform daily facilities and transmission checks
- Maintain crew order in the control room and on stage
- Operate video switchers, implement sources, and create displays
- Build and maintain effects for various productions
- Prioritize and disseminate complex information to the control room crew
- Troubleshoot technical issues using effective communication
- Participate in special event coverage and projects as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient knowledge of TV production equipment including video switchers, server-based recording/playback systems, routers, and intercom systems
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of practical TV Production or related experience at the large market or network level
- Experience in a live production control room environment
