About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead systems architecture and integration efforts across advanced C5ISR platforms and mission systems
- Serve as the technical SME for Command & Control (C2) software solutions and integrated mission systems
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for system interoperability, architecture design, and integration planning
- Conduct technical assessments and support strategic and tactical product planning initiatives
- Lead integration activities across hardware, software, communications, networking, and mission systems
- Support proposal development, technical capture strategies, and customer engagement activities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and product advancement
- Ensure systems comply with cybersecurity, interoperability, and federal defense standards
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience supporting C4ISR/C5ISR systems or defense technologies
- Deep expertise in systems architecture, systems integration, and C2 software environments
- Experience supporting complex integrated defense systems involving hardware, software, and networking
- Proven ability to support proposal development and technical capture activities
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Gilbert, AZ
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- Experience supporting DHS or Department of War mission programs
- Experience with tactical systems, surveillance technologies, or autonomous platforms
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications or data analytics within defense systems
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP or CISSP
