About the Company

Bespoke Pixel is a small, independent, and fully funded studio hyper-focused on creating a masterpiece using a well-known IP. Our leadership team has extensive experience shipping world-class entertainment, and we are currently building our engineering culture in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Partner with studio leadership and production to deliver milestones and mitigate technical risks
• Act as a bridge between engineering and other departments like Art and Design
• Establish technical guidelines, conduct code reviews, and ensure systemic consistency
• Prototype, iterate, and optimize core systems and features in Unreal Engine 5
• Mentor team members and serve as the leading technical resource within the studio
• Lead profiling and optimization efforts to ensure high-quality performance across multiple platforms

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine architecture, memory management, and network replication
• Proven track record of shipping titles in a leadership or senior position
• Proficiency in C++
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical disciplines
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona 5 days a week
