Technical Director, AI Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide AI roadmap and prioritization frameworks
• Redesign business processes into AI-native, automated workflows across Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems and agentic workflows
• Architect scalable LLM-powered systems including RAG and unified context layers
• Implement robust data pipelines and shared infrastructure for enterprise AI capabilities
• Establish frameworks for model governance, risk management, and security standards
• Mentor leaders and foster AI-native culture across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software, data, or AI/ML engineering
• Proficiency in Python and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep expertise in LLM-based systems, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
• Strong foundation in data engineering (ETL/ELT, APIs, Lakehouse environments)
• Experience building scalable AI platforms and observability tooling
• Working knowledge of classical machine learning techniques
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions
