Technical Development Manager – Sanitation and High Pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead the skill development process for the Global Services division through the O'Métiers initiative
• Design competency frameworks and evaluation systems for technical roles
• Develop and implement internal training programs and modules
• Organize and oversee the execution of internal training and technical evaluations
• Facilitate internal training sessions for employees
• Monitor and update reporting and performance indicators

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of expertise in industrial cleaning (HP-THP), sanitation, and hazardous product pumping
• Proven experience in the petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or ADR (hazardous waste) sectors
• Valid driving licenses for categories B and C
• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
• Ability to travel regularly within France and internationally to visit various branches

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional training or vocational education
• Proficiency in English
