Technical Designer/BIM Modeler (HVAC/TGA)

Responsibilities

• Create 3D building models (BIM) based on sustainable TGA concepts
• Perform technical calculations as part of the project team
• Support the overall planning process and execution
• Collaborate with various departments including architecture, structural engineering, and electrical engineering
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal with a focus on climate-neutral planning

Requirements

• Completed training (Apprenticeship, HTL, or BSc) in building and energy technology or mechanical engineering
• Initial professional experience in HVAC (HKLS) planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Ability to lead small, diverse teams and support junior employees
• Independent and structured working style
