Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Design Team from the initial sketch phase to identify construction challenges
• Lead fit sessions on live models and translate feedback into technical instructions
• Create and maintain comprehensive tech packs including construction sketches and graded measurement charts
• Evaluate prototypes for fit, drape, and proportion to ensure quality standards
• Serve as the technical point of contact for overseas and domestic factories

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Design within the Contemporary Women’s market
• Deep understanding of contemporary fit trends, fabric behavior, and high-end finishing
• Expert knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and grading
• Ability to bridge creative design language with technical manufacturing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D pattern-making software such as CLO 3D or Browzwear/VStitcher
