Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical bridge between enterprise clients and internal engineering teams for YuVoice.
• Lead post-sales technical discovery sessions to define conversation workflows and bot personalities.
• Collaborate with bot development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for ASR, TTS, and LLM configurations.
• Oversee the end-to-end bot lifecycle, including prompt engineering, workflow design, QA, and production deployment.
• Act as "Mission Control" to coordinate between clients and engineering teams for seamless orchestration and delivery.
• Monitor bot performance post-go-live, utilizing observability tools to identify hallucinations, latency issues, or telephony drops.
• Manage account unit economics by monitoring LLM costs and third-party API usage.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the AI stack, including LLMs, ASR/TTS (e.g., Deepgram, Azure, ElevenLabs), and VAD logic.
• Knowledge of telephony and messaging protocols, specifically SIP and RTP.
• Experience working with CPaaS providers such as Twilio or Vonage.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to analyze call logs and audit reports to troubleshoot technical failures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple bespoke technical builds simultaneously.
