Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the OM Innovations platform, managing both engineering and product teams.
• Serve as a technical player-coach, participating in architecture, design, and code reviews while setting high engineering standards.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide strategies that align platform capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
• Own the architecture and quality of the platform, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.
• Drive end-to-end execution of product roadmaps and releases across multiple agile teams.
• Directly manage and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship and career development.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices to improve system availability and security.
• Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into execution-ready plans.

Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing development teams or complex software projects.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, MVC, and microfrontends.
• Strong expertise in modern cloud architectures (GCP/AWS) and microservices.
• Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products or platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in supply chain, healthcare, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with enterprise data ecosystems and system integrations (ERP).
• Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure optimization and distributed systems.
