Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning software, hardware, and operational teams
• Coordinate planning, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams and time zones
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success for successful implementations
• Establish delivery cadences and transparent reporting across the organization
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early to drive mitigation plans
• Own deployment and rollout planning including phased rollouts and readiness checks
• Facilitate Go/No-Go checkpoints for technical and business stakeholders
• Improve delivery workflows, governance, and tooling using Jira

Requirements

• 5+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Technical Project Management
• Proven experience coordinating complex initiatives with multiple teams and overlapping dependencies
• Experience managing multi-stage delivery across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments
• Proficiency in Jira including workflows, dashboards, and automation
• Strong understanding of product development and software delivery lifecycles
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solving
• Comfort working in fast-scaling, evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in companies combining hardware manufacturing with software (IoT, logistics, or mobility)
• Familiarity with OTA or fleet-wide firmware/software deployment
• Experience supporting initiatives across multiple countries
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
