Technical Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery accountability for ATM, card switch, CMS, and payment gateway platforms from design to go-live
• Manage the CTB delivery roadmap aligned with the Bank’s cards and payments strategy
• Provide technical leadership for platform upgrades, modernization, and new card product launches
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for card scheme integrations, OmanNet, and POS acquiring
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solution designs
• Coordinate delivery activities with vendors, system integrators, and internal infrastructure teams
• Oversee SIT, UAT, scheme certifications, and production rollouts
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and requirement changes through formal processes
• Ensure complete technical documentation and knowledge transfer to production support teams

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in banking IT
• Strong exposure to ATM platforms (IRIS 5) and Card switching systems
• Experience with Card Management Systems (CMS) and card schemes (MasterCard)
• Knowledge of Tokenization, OmanNet integrations, and payment gateway platforms
• Proven experience delivering CTB initiatives including platform migrations and regulatory changes
• Demonstrated success in managing vendors and multi-party integrations
• Ability to manage structured go-lives and handovers to RTB teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the GCC region
• Availability to join within a maximum of 30 days
