Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of Hebbia deployments end-to-end, including environment setup and SSO configuration
• Scope and execute integration projects involving identity/auth setup (SSO, SAML, OAuth) and API-based system integrations
• Design and build customer-specific AI workflows, agents, matrices, and templates
• Lead prompt engineering, process engineering, and context engineering to optimize AI outputs
• Architect AI patchwork solutions to connect Hebbia's capabilities to customer data environments
• Partner with AI Strategists to translate business requirements into working technical systems
• Surface product feedback and edge cases to Engineering and Product teams
• Build repeatable playbooks, deployment templates, and reusable components
• Document technical configurations and integration patterns

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or an engineering-adjacent role
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered workflows (prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or LLM orchestration)
• Proficiency with REST APIs and authentication patterns (SSO, SAML, OAuth)
• Strong command of structured data and modern software stack building blocks
• Ability to produce production-quality solutions from loosely defined business problems
• Clear and confident communication skills for both IT teams and end users
• High ownership orientation and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
