Technical Delegate/Flying Doctor

Responsibilities

• Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and technical centers across Europe
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents, including electrical/electronic and multiplexing faults
• Use OEM diagnostic tools for software updates, reprogramming, and parameterization
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins to identify root causes
• Produce technical reports and incident summaries for engineering and quality stakeholders
• Coordinate and coach multidisciplinary teams at the point of repair
• Feed recurring issues and lessons learned into continuous improvement loops

Requirements

• Proven experience in the automotive industry (technical support, diagnostics, or field service)
• Hands-on track record resolving complex electrical/electronic faults using OEM diagnostic platforms
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams like workshop, parts, and engineering
• Experience with technical documentation and case reporting
• Ability to provide technician coaching and training
