Technical Delegate

Responsibilities

• Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and technical centers across Europe
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents including electrical/electronic and multiplexing faults
• Use OEM diagnostic tools for guided diagnostics, software updates, and reprogramming
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins to identify root causes
• Produce technical reports and incident summaries for engineering and quality stakeholders
• Coordinate and coach multidisciplinary teams at the point of repair
• Feed recurring issues into knowledge bases and continuous improvement loops

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or OEM technical assistance
• Hands-on experience resolving complex electrical/electronic faults using OEM diagnostic platforms
• Strong understanding of modern automotive systems (powertrain, chassis, ADAS, body electronics, CAN/LIN/FlexRay)
• Proficiency with diagnostic methodologies like fault tree analysis and root-cause analysis
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and apply OEM technical documentation
• Competence in ECU programming, coding, and configuration
• Advanced use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and measurement equipment
• Strong technical writing skills for incident summaries and repair instructions
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage mission logistics
